If there are people who require vegan or dairy free options a separate set of dishes can be made if indicated. Thanks and enjoy

Appetizer:

Beer and cheese pairing, 3 cheeses, 3 beers

Salad:

Mixed field greens tossed in a creamy lemon dressing, with garlic and rye bread croutons, with poached asparagus, and fennel

Entrees:

Each entrée is paired with a different beer. All three are served to show how pairings work.  Please choose one:

Fish- Swordfish with grilled tomato salsa

Mixed Grill - Handmade chicken sausage with hazelnuts and cranberry, Korean spare ribs, beef brisket.

Pasta veggie- Gorganzola and shitake mushroom cream suace over poperdelli pasta

All entrees will be served with snap peas, roasted peppers and cauliflower with cripy polenta rounds.

Dessert:

Beer take on a Harvey Wallbanger cake, Orange, anise and beer in lieu of vodka will be the basis of the cake flavor.
