Reservations are now being accepted for the Sasquatch Brew Fest Beer Dinner, scheduled this year for Friday, June 6, 2008 at Mallard Hall, 725 W 1st Ave in Eugene.
The Sasquatch Brew Fest is an outdoor beer
garden that features live music, great food, a lively
silent auction, and an opportunity to taste some of
the best craft brewed in and around the Pacific Northwest.
In recognition of the wide array of craft-brewed
beers brewed in the Pacific Northwest and in remembrance
of Glen Falconer, an accomplished brewer who generated
many unique and tasty beers, the Sasquatch Brew Fest
features an opportunity to taste some of the best specialty
and rare beers brewed anywhere in the country.
The Sasquatch Brew Fest also features
a Beer Dinner, in which master
chefs pair multiple courses of superb cuisine with specific
and unique beer styles, some of which will be brewed
just for the dinner.

The silent auction and raffle have not
only been one of the most exciting and popular parts
of the Brew Fest but also a critical component of Foundation's
fundraising efforts.
Remember that your donations directly
support our brewing education program and contributions
to Eugene charitable organizations and are tax deductible.
The Sasquatch Brew Fest would like to
thank everone that donated items to this year's auction.
When you attend the Brew Fest, you are
welcomed by a grand Sasquatch statue (picture on your
left), cut from a single piece of old-growth redwood
by Dylan James. Glen Falconer answered to the nickname
"Sasquatch" and brewed the popular "Sasquatch
Strong Ale," one of his signature beers. |
